At Misharen, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully:

Conditions for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
1. The product arrived damaged or defective.
2. The wrong product was delivered.

To qualify:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and reported within 2 days of receipt.

Requesting a Return
1. Contact us at support@misharen.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
2. After reviewing your claim, we will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds
- If approved, we will either issue a replacement or refund.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or damaged).

- Incorrect size orders (as we provide accurate size guides for reference).

- Clothes and Undergarments

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or color, you will need to place a new order.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after being placed.

Shipping Costs
We do not cover shipping costs for returning items. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
